DESMA Center is dedicated to upholding and implementing a Safeguarding Policy. It is our priority to ensure that all members involved in our programs, including staff, consultants, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders, to collaborate with us to support measures that promote the protection of children and adults, and to prevent sexual harassment, violent behavior, and abuse in the programs implementation. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any such violations. To further strengthen this commitment, our staff and consultants are required to sign an appendix to the assignment contract, indicating their support and adherence to these policies.
