Websites can increase a school's credibility and make it easier for parents and prospective students to get information. Schools can publish school profiles, teaching staff profiles, achievements, infrastructure, and strengthen relationships with alumni.

DESMA Center carries out training for operators andperson in charge (PIC) to manage the school website for SMKS Efata Omba Rade. This activity will take place for two days, 8-9 April 2024 in the meeting room of the DESMA Center office, Sumba Field Office. The training was guided by Umbu Nono, web developer for the Efata Omba Rade Vocational School website and attended by school operators, the school website PIC, and the DESMA Center Sumba team.

Participants learn how to manage the smksefata.sch.id website. This website has 5 features that need to be updated regularly, namely school profile, school management, student activities, alumni tracer and news. Participants were also given an understanding of the importance of digitizing alumni tracing (Alumni Tracing); so that schools obtain alumni data that can help the school evaluation process.

Website Management Training for Digitizing Alumni Tracing Study for Tourism Vocational Schools aims to enable school website operators and PICs to improve their skills in operating school website software.
